SHOPPING AND ORDERING INFORMATION
To purchase an item, click "Add to my cart." This puts the item into a shopping cart which you can view at any time by clicking the shopping cart symbol. If you change your mind, you can remove an item from your shopping cart by checking the "Remove" box for the item and clicking on "Update cart." You may add special instructions in the field near the bottom of the shopping cart; if you have instructions that apply only to part of your order, please explain that clearly. When you have finished shopping, you can check out by clicking on "Place this order" in the shopping cart.

Quantity discounts apply to beads ordered, as follows: A 15% discount applies to bead orders over $30.00, and a 20% discount applies to bead orders over $100.00. Items on special and certain other items are offered at net prices that cannot be further discounted.

To help control our costs we encourage you to pay by check. Whey you pay by check, be sure to print out the page with your total order and mail it to us with your check.

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Since these are one-of-a-kind pieces of handmade art, we might need to make another one if we are out of the item you have ordered. When your order is placed you will receive a message from Berrie within a day to let you know when to expect the item.

Shipping costs are estimated on the total order form. We will invoice for the actual shipping charges incurred when we ship your order.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

RETURNS:  A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.  Please call or e-mail us for a RA# before shipping.  All returns must be properly packaged, and have a valid RA# prominent on the outside of the box.  No product may be returned after 30 days!  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days:
• in "like-new" condition,
• in proper packaging,
• with your receipt
• within 30 days
• with the Return Authorization Number you were given

Only the merchandise cost will be refunded.  Shipping and related charges are not refundable.  Refunds are made as a credit to your credit card or by check if that is how the purchase was made.

Customer satisfaction is our goal.  If within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, you are not completely satisfied with our workmanship, please tell us why and follow the procedure for returns.

MISTAKES IN CATALOG
Although we try very hard to keep all of the information in the catalog current and up-to-date, we cannot be responsible for mistakes found in the catalog.
